Made It Happen!

In 2018 three brothers came together with an idea that would forever change their lives. Coming from a history of home grown chef's they set out to create their own version of the famous Nashville Hot Chicken recipe. Over the course of six months and endless dedication they were well on their way to perfect what is now known as one of the best hot chicken spots in Los Angeles. Frying up back yard hot chicken for friends and family eventually lead the boys to bite the bullet and start serving to the public. They adopted the pop up method which was the quickest way for them to get their foot into the food industry. Carefully scoping out locations for their pop up, they found Fashion Square Car Wash in Sherman Oaks best fit to test their luck. The beginning weeks at the car wash aroused uncertainty, they were new to the area, concept, and the business. Long nights accompanied with early mornings took a toll on the boys but they had one goal in mind and that was to show everyone around them that they can turn their dream into reality.

With time, the word got around and the patrons grew by the day. Starting off with a handful of customers to having lines wrapping around the car wash. Hot Motha Clucker had become and overnight success and their hard work and dedication had paid off. The growing success of the brand lead them to Hollywood Blvd, the opportunity of a lifetime. Now having the keys to a full restaurant and bar things were looking up for the boys, but the world had different plans. With the pandemic hitting shortly after they acquired their first brick and mortar they were forced to close their doors and only serve to go orders through a glass window. In August 2021 Hot Motha Clucker finally opened its doors for business. Serving their famous Hot Chicken among other new menu items with a full line of alcohol lifted a huge weight off their shoulders. Today Hot Motha Clucker is said to have the best food on the Blvd, and caters to locals and hundreds of tourists a day.
